Team Trainings & Workshops · For Team Leads and Senior Managers

Lead a team that carries itself — not one you have to carry.

A measurable team development experience: we assess how your team really operates under pressure, make the invisible dynamics visible, and turn them into concrete agreements — in one focused journey of 4–8 weeks, online or onsite.

30 minutes · No pitch — a working session · You leave with one concrete insight about your team.

Pressure doesn't create your team's patterns.
It reveals them.

Sound familiar?

You were promoted to lead. Now you spend your days putting out fires.

6 hours

That's how much time a manager loses every week to friction that has nothing to do with the actual work — mediating, re-explaining, absorbing.

  • Meetings where the real conversation only starts after the meeting ends.
  • Escalations landing on your desk that your team could resolve themselves.
  • Two capable people who simply can't work together — and you in the middle.
  • A team that performs well on calm weeks and fractures the moment pressure rises.
  • You, at 7 pm, doing your actual job — because the day belonged to everyone else's.

You're not failing as a leader. You're managing symptoms of something nobody has ever made visible for you.

The Shift in Perspective

This isn't a skills problem.
It's an energy problem.

And unlike personality, energy can be measured — and changed.

Under pressure, every person defaults to a pattern: some blame, some withdraw, some over-control, some over-please. These stress patterns are invisible in the org chart, but they decide how your team communicates, decides, and performs — far more than skills or processes do.

The Energy Leadership Index® (E.L.I.) is a research-based assessment that makes exactly these patterns measurable — for each team member and for the team as a whole. Once your team can see its patterns, it can shift them. That is what we do together.

How it works

Three steps from friction to flow.

STEP 01

Measure

Every team member takes the Energy Leadership Index® assessment — online, from anywhere. It captures how each person shows up on normal days and, crucially, under stress.

20 min per person · online
STEP 02

Understand

Each person gets a confidential 1:1 debrief of their results. No exposure in front of the group — insight first, psychological safety by design. Individual results stay private.

90 min per person · confidential
STEP 03

Shift — together

In a full-day team workshop we turn insight into action: a shared language for pressure moments and specific, written agreements on how you communicate, decide, and disagree.

1 full day · online or onsite
Total journey: 4–8 weeks· online, onsite or hybrid· designed around your team's calendar, not against it
What changes · measured in your calendar, not in feedback forms

What leaders say

Trusted by people who sit where you sit.

“Christina has a people-first, customer-first mindset. She connects strategy with what actually moves people. People like her are critical assets.”

Marcus Jolic · Sales Leader, Microsoft

“I took the Energy Leadership Assessment and often think about it in my day-to-day. A very helpful framework — it changed how I read situations before reacting to them.”

Marlene Ronstedt · COO, Data Union DAO

This isn't team building.
It's how a team learns to carry itself.

Your guide

Hi, I'm Christina. I know the seat you're in.

I spent 20 years inside global corporations — Microsoft, HP, Infineon and Accenture, across Europe and Asia. At Microsoft I led a team of 13 with €500M+ sales responsibility; at HP and Infineon I steered teams and programs from the middle — leadership without the title. I've seen teams go through reorganisations, new strategies and shifting markets, and through the change-stress those situations bring. I know what it feels like when your calendar belongs to everyone except you.

Then I trained to do something about it: I completed my coach training through an ICF-accredited program, studied Positive Psychology at UC Berkeley, and have since worked with 100+ leaders. I bring both halves into the room — the operator who knows your reality, and the coach who can shift it.

An honest filter

Is this the right path for your team?

This is for you if…

  • You lead 4–15 people and feel personally responsible for how they perform
  • You can approve a development budget — or secure sponsorship from HR or senior leadership
  • Your team is willing to engage honestly, not just attend
  • You're open to examining your own patterns, not only your team's

It's not for you if…

  • You're looking for a one-time team-building event with ropes and pizza
  • You expect your team to change while you observe from the sidelines
  • You need a quick fix by Friday — real pattern change takes weeks, not days
The internal case

Need to convince HR or your leadership? I'll build the case with you.

For most managers, the hardest part isn't deciding — it's making the internal business case. That's why the strategy call isn't a sales conversation: it's a working session where we prepare exactly that, together.

You'll walk out with the numbers, the framing and the one-pager you need to get a yes.

What you'll walk in with

  • A cost-of-friction estimate for your specific team
  • A one-page business case for HR / senior leadership
  • A realistic timeline that fits your team's calendar
  • Clear investment options — discussed openly in the call
  • Answers to the questions your CFO will ask

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will we see results?
Most teams notice a shift in how meetings feel within 2–4 weeks of the workshop — fewer side conversations, more directness. Measurable changes in escalations and decision speed typically show within 3 months.
How much of my team's time does this take?
Deliberately little: 20 minutes for the assessment, 90 minutes for the confidential 1:1 debrief, and one full workshop day. Everything else happens inside your normal work — that's the point.
Are individual results shared with me as the manager?
No. Individual assessment results and debriefs are strictly confidential — that's what makes people honest. The team workshop works with aggregated patterns and what each person chooses to share. The process is fully GDPR-compliant.
Do I have to participate myself?
Yes — and it's non-negotiable. Teams mirror their leader's energy. If you examine your patterns openly, your team will too. If you observe from the sidelines, nothing sticks.
Does this work for remote or hybrid teams?
Yes. The assessment and debriefs are online by design, and the workshop runs onsite, online or hybrid. Distributed teams often benefit most — their friction hides in writing and silence.
What does it cost — and how do I get it approved?
The investment depends on team size and format; we discuss it openly in the strategy call. If you need internal approval, I'll help you build the business case — including the cost of doing nothing.
